Texas & Federal Tax Deadlines
Key due dates for Texas small businesses and individuals with calendar tax years. Texas has no personal income tax, but businesses still have franchise tax, sales tax and payroll filings.
Please note: These are general dates for calendar-year taxpayers. When a due date falls on a weekend or legal holiday, it usually moves to the next business day. Fiscal-year businesses and special situations can have different dates. Always confirm with the IRS, the Texas Comptroller or the Texas Workforce Commission — or ask us.
