FAQ
Business Tax Returns FAQs
When are business tax returns due?
For calendar-year businesses, partnership (1065) and S-Corp (1120-S) returns are generally due March 15, and C-Corp (1120) and Schedule C returns are generally due April 15. Extensions are available. Dates move to the next business day when they fall on a weekend or holiday.
Do I need clean books before you file?
Accurate books make your return accurate. If your books are behind, we can do catch-up bookkeeping first.
Can you file an extension for me?
Yes. Keep in mind an extension gives more time to file, not more time to pay any tax owed.
