Texas franchise tax filing services

What is texas tax filings?

Texas has no personal income tax, but Texas businesses still have state filings. Most LLCs and corporations file an annual franchise tax report and Public Information Report with the Texas Comptroller, generally due May 15. Businesses that sell taxable items need a sales tax permit and file sales tax returns, and employers file quarterly unemployment tax reports with the Texas Workforce Commission (TWC). Northlane Financials prepares and files these for you.
